BLOs are foundational pillars of India's democracy: CEC Gyanesh Kumar

Chief Election Commissioner of India Gyanesh Kumar interacted with Booth Level Officers (BLOs) of Uttar Pradesh in Lucknow today. Over 500 BLOs and 30 BLO Supervisors from various parts of the State took part in the interaction.
