18 J&K civil service officers included in IAS promotion select lists

The Government of India has notified the Select Lists of State Civil Service (SCS) officers of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir for induction into the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) under the promotion quota for the 2019 and 2020 selection years.
