Cancellation Policy

Applicability

This policy covers cancellation of both individually purchased courses/test series and subscription plans on Exam Arena.

Individual Courses & Test Series

Cancellation requests may be raised within 24 hours of enrollment, provided the course content has not been substantially utilized.

Once content has been extensively accessed, downloaded, or consumed, or once 24 hours have passed since enrollment, cancellation requests will not be approved.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions cannot be cancelled once activated, and payments already made for an active subscription period are not refundable.

You can stop future billing at any time by turning off auto-renewal from your Profile page. After disabling auto-renewal, you will continue to have access for the remainder of your current billing period, and the subscription will simply not renew afterward — no further action or approval is needed.

To request cancellation of an eligible individual course or test series, please contact us at support@examarena.online within 24 hours of enrollment, along with your order details.
