NCLAT upholds SFIO's power to seek disgorgement of assets in IL&FS-linked case

NCLAT has dismissed appeals by audit firm BSR & Associates LLP and former partner N Sampath Ganesh, upholding SFIO’s authority to pursue asset attachment and disgorgement proceedings in the IL&FS Securities Services Ltd (ISSL) case.
